Refund policy

At Cinto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are used for personal care and hygiene, we maintain strict return guidelines to ensure the safety and health of all our customers.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of your order's delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Hygiene & Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and unscathed.

  • All original tamper-evident seals, shrink wrap, and branded packaging must be intact and unbroken.

  • For health and safety reasons, any product that shows signs of use or has a broken seal is not eligible for a return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned:

  • Individual items from a "Cinto Bundle" or Set (the entire set must be returned together).

  • Gift cards or promotional "Free Gifts."

  • Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale."

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your Cinto order arrives damaged (e.g., shattered powders, leaking liquids) or if you received the wrong product, we will make it right.

  • Please email cintoshopify@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item and the shipping box.

  • We will ship a replacement to you immediately at no additional cost.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at cintoshopify@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

  4. Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Cinto is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

6. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse:

  • We will notify you via email if your return is Approved or Rejected (based on the condition of the seal/product).

  • If Approved: A refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If Rejected: If the product is found to be used or opened, we will notify you. The item can be sent back to you at your expense, or it will be disposed of.
